Reactor Dry Type Iron Core Neutral Point Grounding Reactor
Introduction:
1. Application of dry type iron core neutral point grounding reactor It is also called arc suppression coil and used for compensating
capacitive current of grounding failure of transmission system.
2. Structural feature of dry type iron core neutral point grounding reactor
(1)Adopting solid insulation structure formed with epoxy resin, single-phase structure, silicon steel sheet as magnetic medium and
framework structure composed of iron yoke, high fill factor (laminating or radiating type)iron column. Its coil is composed of multiple
encapsulations and shunt wound with multi-strand flat copper conductor with small bore so as to effectively reduce the volume and loss;
(2)The reactor core and winding are not submerged into any liquid, its cooling mode is air self-cooling, free of oil leak, safety and is
convenient for manufacturing and maintenance and operation.
(3)The reactor coil is shunt wound with multi-strand flat copper conductor with small bore so as to effectively reduce the volume and loss;
(4)The encapsulated chamber of the multiple encapsulated reactor coil has axial heat emission air flue, with perfect heat dispersion.
(5)The reactor coil and iron core, after undergoing hot setting, have perfect electric insulation property and mechanical property;
3. Technical feature of dry type iron core neutral point grounding reactor
(1)The coil is made by casting of epoxy resin, with features of inflaming retarding, self extinguishing, free of maintenance, high
mechanical strength, anti-short circuit impact, high insulating strength, small partial discharge, long service life;
(2)The making of the iron core adopts manufacturing technology of dry type transformer, with features of slight vibration and low noise,
little magnetic leakage, small electromagnetic interference;
(3)The integral structure of the product is compact, with small installation dimension and space;
(4)The technical specification of the product conforms to the requirements of the international standard IEC289-88 and ministerial
standard JB-5346-98, its technical performance is up to the current international level of the similar products.
