AFTER SALES SERVICE COMMITMENT

If there are quality issues with the product during installation or operation, we guarantee to provide a response within 1 hour after receiving user information. If personnel need to be dispatched to solve the problem, we ensure that personnel are present within 24 hours, and ensure that quality issues are not resolved and service personnel do not evacuate.

Implement a lifetime warranty for our company's products. During the warranty period (according to the requirements of the bidding documents or 12 months after the product leaves the factory), if there is any damage caused by the quality of our company's equipment, we will be responsible for replacing it free of charge. After the warranty period expires, we assist the customer in repairing and maintaining the provided equipment, and provide components and services at the most favorable price.
