Low-voltage capacitor switching special composite switch
(1) Zero crossing switching
The basic working principle of the composite switch is to realize voltage zero-crossing conduction and current zero-crossing cutoff.
(2) Low power consumption
Due to the use of magnetic holding relay, the control device only consumes power at the moment of switching action; And because the contact resistance of the magnetic retention relay is small, it does not generate heat, so there is no need to add heat sink or fan to reduce the loss. It does not cause harm to other electrical appliances running on the same machine, and really achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
(3) Single-chip microcomputer is used to control switching and intelligently monitor the operation of relay, input power supply and load, so as to have perfect protection function:
Power supply voltage phase-loss protection: when the system voltage is phase-loss, the switch refuses to close;
Automatic judgment of fault protection: the system automatically monitors the operation status of the magnetic holding relay. In case of a fault, the switch refuses to close, and the fault will automatically open after it is connected;
No-load protection: when the load is not connected, the switch refuses to close;
Power failure protection: in case of sudden power failure after closing, the switch will automatically trip and disconnect.
(4) The input signal is optically isolated from the capacitor switching switch and has 485 communication control. It can be used with conventional controller and our company's controller (485 communication). Moreover, RS-485 communication control is adopted, with simple wiring and convenient installation and debugging for users.
(5) Strong anti-interference ability, safe and reliable operation.
