ZBW1-12 series combined substation is an integrated complete power transmission and distribution equipment, used for 6 ~ 104kV, AC 50hz power transmission and distribution system, the rated capacity of the transformer is 30 ~ 2000kVA. This product can not only be used for power distribution in a tight ring network, but also for the conversion of terminal power supply. ZBW1-12 series combined substation is a kind of substation composed of three parts: transformer room, high voltage room and low voltage room.
The high-voltage side is equipped with HXGN series RMU switchgear (aero genesis type, compressed air type, vacuum type or SF6 type), and is equipped with load switch and fuse internal (if necessary, a circuit breaker can be provided). The low-voltage voltage side shall adopt a plastic case automatic air switch. The transformer with high breaking capacity and good protection ability can adopt oil-immersed transformer or dry-type transformer. Various materials can be selected as the shell material, such as aluminum alloy plate, composite plate, etc. And a heat-resistant material should be selected as the internal lining, and a tow layer structure should be used in the top roof so that heat radiation can be effectively prevented. The substation will be equipped with cooling facilities and anti-condensation measures.
