Overview

KYN61-40.5(Z) armored removable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kv indoor complete sets of power distribution equipment. As a power plant, substation and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electricity. To control the circuit, protection and detection functions, but also can be used for frequent operation of the site.

This switch cabinet conforms to GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997 standards.

The surrounding air should not be corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor and other obvious pollution.

◇ No severe vibration place.

When used beyond the normal conditions specified in GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.

Key Features

The cabinet structure adopts the assembly type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor structure;

It is equipped with a new type of composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement;

The handcart frame is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation;

All operations can be carried out when the cabinet door is closed;

The interlocking between the main switch, handcart and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking mode to meet the "five prevention" function;

◇ The cable room has ample space and can be connected to multiple cables; ◇ The fast grounding switch is used for grounding and short circuit;

◇ The protection grade of the shell is IP3X, and the protection grade is IP2X when the door of the handcart is opened;

The products meet the GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and refer to the international IEC-298 standards.
