The rated current of the switch cabinet is greater than 1600A, which shall be settled through negotiation with our company.

Installation

◆ Refer to the following figure for installation foundation. The foundation channel steel protrudes from the ground by 1-3mm, and the roughness within each meter shall not exceed 1.5mm, and the total length shall not exceed 5mm.

◆ Place the switch cabinet on the foundation in order and adjust the installation position. Then fix it with M12 bolts or spot welding method, and tighten the cabinet and cabinet with M8 bolts.

◆ Disassemble the rear cover plate to install the main bus and primary cable. The terminal contact surface should be cleaned and coated with neutral petroleum jelly. After installation, inject and plug the primary cable hole.

◆ Connect the indirect ground bus of the cabinet to form a whole along the arrangement direction of the switch cabinet. Check whether the working grounding and protective grounding are missing, whether the grounding circuit is continuously conducted, the working grounding resistance shall not be greater than 1000 μΩ, and the protective grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4Ω.

◆ Install secondary cables. The cables are introduced from the front bottom of the cabinet, entered into the low-voltage chamber along the side wall, and branched on the terminal block. Or introduce the low-voltage chamber from the secondary small bus at the top of the cabinet, and plug the cable hole after installation.

◆ Clean the dust and sundries in the cabinet.

Operation

◆ The following inspection and commissioning shall be carried out before commissioning:

◇ Check whether the models and specifications of the electrical components installed in the cabinet are consistent with the ordering requirements; Check whether the fasteners are loose; Check whether the secondary wiring of the 1. is correct; Operate the isolating switch, grounding switch, circuit breaker and mechanical interlock for 3-5 times, and shall be flexible and free from jamming. The interlock shall meet the requirements of "five prevention", and then add grease to the mechanical movable parts.

◇ Check the insulation level and loop resistance of the switchgear, the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker, and the test results shall be consistent with or similar to the factory test report according to Article 3 of this manual and the factory test report.

Maintenance and Overhaul

◆ Users should regularly maintain and overhaul the switch cabinet, including:

Clean all parts of the dust, especially the dust on the surface of the insulation;

Check the mechanical active parts, regularly add grease to keep the action flexible and reliable;

Maintenance of circuit breaker, disconnecting switch, grounding switch and other components shall be carried out according to their respective instructions;

Check whether the electrical contact part is in good condition, whether there is overheating, and whether the grounding circuit is conductive;

Regularly check whether the fasteners are fastened.

◆ Users should generally carry out troubleshooting with the assistance of the manufacturer. In case of minor adjustments and minor failures, users should refer to this manual and the respective instructions of the main components.
