Application

The Specification of the product is rated voltage 35kV and below,rated current 630A and 315A with 2 or 4 positions applicable for combined transformer.

This switch is used for compounded type transformer.It is classified into four-position and two-position products.The four-position switch is divided into"T" type."V" type and "I".The switch is installed on the tank well of compounded transformer,the transformer oil is used for its insulating and are eliminated material.It is suitable for three phase power supply circuit with rated frequency 50Hz,rated voltage 10kV.35kV,rated current 315A and 630A.In the radial feed or loop feed supply system,it is used as controlling and protective device in the industry civil used electric energy.When functioned by operating pole,the switch can drive three phase linkage cut and close power resource or transfer supply method.

The on-load switch our company manufactures has innovative structure,excellent performance and high reliability.It is tested qualified in every technical index by the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.Its main features are as follows:

1.The fixed contact of the same kind products is crab-claw form.With the increasing rotation of the switch,the movable contact wears out more heavily,the pressure fixed contact put into the movable contact declines,and the contact resistance increases.

We change the fixed contact into clip-chip,and connect it with soft-connecting films,ensuring the contact pressure with cylindrical spring to maintain a high contact pressure after 2000 times shifting and enable a minimum contact resistance of fixed and movable contact.We also use high-quality copper alloy as the contact material to make a lightest damage the arc will do to the contact when the contact shifts on-load,and enlarge contacting area to improve the current-passing capability.

2.Key components of our switch apply the overall steel casting technology,so the products are with high mechanical strength.

3.Each plate-form spring has a deformation test before assembly to ensure the quality of the spring.

4.We use the latest type of insulation materials to ensure the switch a higher capability of withstand voltage and withstand impulse voltage.

Compared to the products in current marketing,our products have reduced the height and width of nearly 70mm which saves the space inside the transformer.It is a preferred product of oil-saving and material-saving.

3.Though outer electric-charged limit reduced,there is a slight increase in insulation and the crack edge's voltage withstand is more reliable.

4.Change the originally assembled three single-pieces of switch insulation frame into a trinity mold.The formidable tonnage will be suppressed into overall support,thus forms a better material density,greater mechanical strength,and a higher level of pressure withstand;

5.Remove the metal screw of the three single compartment bracket connecting will also remove the adverse factors caused by the discharge of potential suspension.

6.Use inter-clamp moving contact of special structure wil lmake multi-contact beteen moving contacts and fixed contacts,which enables smaller contact resistance.
