Technical Remarks :

  1. Executive Standards: This transformer shall be designed, manufactured, tested and delivered in full compliance with the latest versions of international standards including but not limited to IEC 60076 (Power Transformers), IEC 60289 (Dry-Type Power Transformers) and relevant requirements of the tender documents.
  1. Rated Performance Requirements: The no-load loss, load loss and impedance voltage of the transformer shall meet the limits specified in IEC 60076, and the specific values shall be provided in the supplier's technical proposal. The transformer shall be capable of continuous operation under rated power and rated voltage conditions.
  1. Voltage Regulation Performance: The secondary voltage has 10 tapping levels, which shall be realized by an on-load tap-changer (OLTC) or off-load tap-changer as specified. The tap-changer shall have reliable performance, and its operation mechanism shall meet the requirements of IEC 60214.
  1. Insulation Level: The primary side insulation level shall be in accordance with IEC 60076-3, with rated lightning impulse withstand voltage not less than 75 kV and rated power frequency withstand voltage not less than 35 kV (1 min). The secondary side insulation level shall be matched with the rated voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
