High voltage shunt capacitor unit
Introduction:
The capacitor is a shunt capacitor unit (hereinafter referred to as capacitor) for improving power factor and grid quality in AC power system with nominal voltage above 1kV and frequency of 50 or 60Hz. The product adopts GB / T 11024.1 and DL / T 840 standards.
Features:
The capacitor is mainly composed of shell, core and impregnant. The shell is made of high quality thin steel plate and sealed and welded. The cover of the shell is welded with a lead-in sleeve, and the two sides of the shell are welded with lifting plates for handling and installation. The core is composed of several components and insulating parts connected in series and parallel. The components are made of polypropylene film as solid medium and aluminum foil as electrode plate. The shell is filled with excellent impregnant.

5 Capacitance Deviation: the deviation between measured capacitance and rated value of capacitor shall not exceed - 5 - + 5% of rated value; for three-phase capacitor, the ratio of maximum value to minimum value measured between any two terminals shall not exceed 1.02.
6 under rated voltage and temperature of 20 ℃, the tan δ value of full film dielectric capacitor shall not exceed 0.0005.
7 the capacitor terminal can withstand the power frequency AC test voltage of 2.15 times the rated voltage for 10s.
8 for all capacitors with terminal and shell insulation, the short-time power frequency withstand voltage test and lightning impulse voltage test of insulation grade corresponding to rated voltage of capacitor in Table 1 can be withstood between terminals and shell for 10s. The capacitor with one terminal fixed to the shell shall not be tested.

b. Over current: the capacitor shall be able to operate under continuous over-current not exceeding 1.3 times of rated current of capacitor caused by fundamental overvoltage or harmonic or both. For capacitors with actual capacitance up to 1.05 times of rated capacitance, continuous over-current is allowed to reach 1.37 times of rated current.
