YB-Pre-compact substation
YB box-type substation, also known as European box-type substation, conforms to GB17467-1998 high and low voltage prefabricated substation and iec1330 standards. As a new type of power supply and distribution device, it has many advantages compared with civil substations. Because of its small size, small footprint, long structure, easy to move, greatly shorten the infrastructure cycle and footprint, reduce the cost of infrastructure. At the same time, the box-type substation has the advantages of simple on-site installation, rapid power supply, simple equipment maintenance, and no need for special personnel on duty. In particular, it can go deep into the load center, which is of great significance to improve the quality of power supply, reduce power loss, enhance the reliability of power supply and the re-election of distribution network. The box-type transformer completes the functions of electric energy exchange, distribution, transmission, measurement and communication, as well as the functions of system control, protection and communication.
YB type substation consists of high voltage switch, low voltage switchboard, distribution transformer and shell. High voltage is air load switch. The transformer is a dry-type transformer or an oil-immersed transformer. The box adopts good heat insulation and ventilation structure, beautiful appearance and good heat insulation performance. The box body is provided with upper and lower ventilation ducts. The temperature rise caused by outdoor isolation to transformer room and high and low voltage room can be reduced to a minimum. The temperature control forced ventilation device and solar temperature automatic control device shall be installed in the box. Each individual unit is equipped with perfect control, protection, live indication and lighting systems.
